WIGI Stat Boost: Enlight - A Free Workshop (Jan 27-30, 2022) for current and aspiring industry professionals in esports like you.

We're partnering up with Women In Games International for a Stat Boost program consisting of a 3-Day Workshop and 1-Day Stream! Over the course of these four days, our experts will provide insight and learnings into how different areas of how the esports industry operates, what career paths exist, and which skills you possess and can further expand to empower your career development. This event is powered by a grant from Activision Blizzard.

You'll learn directly from industry leaders in these areas:
  •   Understanding the Esports Industry
  •   Breaking into Esports Careers
  •   Esports Operations and Culture
  •   AMA and Panel Stream

We’ve designed each workshop day to deliver exclusive knowledge from industry experts, so you can hit the ground running or level up your esports career.

We prepare you for your career goals in 2022!

The workshop is free for everyone, but registration is required. You'll also be eligible for perks once registered, such as a chance to be selected to receive free Enlight Annual Memberships Powered by WIGI!

We're focused on advancing the careers of women, non-binary and femme presenting individuals in esports. However, anyone and everyone is welcome to register and attend this virtual event!
